Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of tejent.co (the "Site"), operated by Tejwani Enterprises, LLC ("TEJENT", "we", "us"), a California limited liability company. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site describes our work and lets you get in touch. It is provided for general information. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship or a binding offer. Any engagement with TEJENT is governed by a separate written agreement.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the contact form or enter into these terms.
Using the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security;
- scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content at scale without permission;
- submit false, abusive, or unlawful material through the contact form;
- use the contact form to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
Our content
The text, design, logo, and other material on the Site belong to TEJENT or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. TEJENT and the TEJENT logo are trademarks of Tejwani Enterprises, LLC.
What you send us
When you send us a message, you give us permission to read it, store it, and use it to respond to you. You confirm you have the right to send what you send. Please do not send confidential information through the Site unless we have agreed to receive it. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEJENT and its members, managers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold TEJENT harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may seek relief in small claims court for a qualifying claim. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.

If you have a complaint about the Site or wish to receive further information regarding its use, contact us at that address. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and TEJENT about the Site. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor of our business. We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time for a breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the Site before it takes effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
